Rachel & Sarah with Double Bloom Flowers will be teaching you how to build your very own hand tied bouquet. You'll be designing a "tussie mussie" which was a very popular style in the Victorian age. This adorable bouquet will be in hues of pinks, reds, and blush with hints of sage greens. You will be able to take it home in your very own tussie mussie holder of your choosing at the event.
